MSK Prasad will replace Binny as South Zone selector in the national panel.

Binny's current role was in violation of the BCCI's 29-point reform agenda to put an end to conflict of interest of administrators, players, affiliated units, selectors and others employed by the Indian board.

“No member of the selection committee including the convener and the invitees i.e. the coach or captain, or their near relatives shall have any financial interest or business association with any player considered for selection to any team selected for and on behalf of BCCI” is what the 'no conflict of interest' rule states.

Niranjan Shah will be the new NCA chairman.
