New Delhi: Cricketer Rohit Sharma has bought a 4-bedroom Arabian Sea-facing flat at Mumbai's posh Worli locality for Rs 30 crore.

Sharma bought the flat in 53-storey Ahuja Towers which is developed by Ahuja Constructions.


The deal is pegged at a whopping Rs 30 crore, considering the project is ready for possession and has been granted Occupation Certificate, Ahuja Constructions said in a statement.


The 4 BHK unit on the 29th level offers a 270 degree view of the Sea Link and city, it added.


"He (Sharma) has been looking for a house for a while now and I'm glad that he has found a great property in Ahuja Towers, Worli, which is centrally located and is one of the Mumbai's premium areas," Bunty Sajdeh, CEO Cornerstone Sports & Entertainment Pvt Ltd said.


Sajdeh is Sharma's business manager. The 53-storey Ahuja Towers has been designed by Palmer & Turner Architects, Singapore.


Ahuja Constructions has so far developed 44 projects. It is currently developing about 5 million sq ft of project.


The company's portfolio of projects encompasses greenfield, society redevelopment, joint ventures as well as SRA developments.
