Thundershowers drenched large parts of the state with Fatehgarh and Hamirpur each receiving 3 cms of rains, the MeT office said. Aligarh and Taj City Agra each recorded two cms of rains as hailstorms were reported from some parts of the state.
Streets wore a deserted look in state capital Lucknow due to rains. Etawah was the coldest zone in the state recording a low of 4.1 degrees Celsius, the weather office said forecasting more showers.
