According to a report in the Mumbai Mirror, Anushka Sharma will join the wives of Ajinkya Rahane, Ravindra Jadeja, Murali Vijay, Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohit Sharma and Stuart Binny in the Caribbean after the second Test ends on August 3.

The Anushka camp however claimed that the Bollywood actress did not intend to take any break from her shooting commitments.

"There are no plans of taking a break as of now as she is extremely tied up with her commitments for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Imtiaz Ali’s next," spokesperson told missmalini.com.

The 28-year-old was in the past unfairly criticized by fans after some of Virat Kohli's failures.

During the WT20, the Delhi batsman came out in open support of Anushka, slamming trolls for attacking her.

The Bollywood actress was spotted in the stands during several Team India matches abroad and at home.

For a while now, Anushka has stayed away from cricket venues. But the couple did spend some time together on the sidelines of the Indian Premier League.

The tour of West Indies is Virat's first assignment as skipper outside the subcontinent.

After the second warm-up game, the series is scheduled to commence on July 21 in Antigua.
