21:00 PM IST: Wet outfield once again delayed the start of play on the scheduled third day of the fourth and final Test. Only 22 overs were bowled on the opening day with the West Indies reaching 62 for two after opting to bat first upon winning the toss.

However, no play was possible on the second day yesterday due to poor weather and unplayable conditions.

The prospects of any play on the third day also remains grim.

India lead the four-match series 2-0.

New Delhi: The entire second day of the fourth and final cricket Test between India and the West Indies was lost due to poor weather and unplayable conditions.


Not a single ball could be bowled as the hosts remained at the overnight score of 66 for two.


No play was possible after two umpire inspections deemed the ground unfit for continuation of the match.


India had removed Leon Johnson (9) and Darren Bravo (10) yesterday before rains started lashing the Queen's Park Oval.


Kraigg Brathwaite (32) and Marlon Samuels (4) are at the crease for the hosts.
