New Delhi: Days after Zinedine Zidane replaced Rafa Benitez as Real Madrid manager, it is being reported that Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to leave the club by end of the season.

According to a report in The Telegraph, the club is ready to listen to offers by Manchester United and Paris Saint German – who ar e said to have expressed their keen interest in signing Ronaldo.


A Real insider is said to have told Telegraph Sport: “Out of Bale and Ronaldo, Ronaldo is the player expected to leave the club. Bale is still seen as the future, whereas Ronaldo’s best years may now be behind him.


"PSG are desperate to sign him and would be favourites at the moment, but United will no doubt try.”


Since he took over the new job, Zidane said that he was looking to start with Ronaldo, Bale and Karim Benzema in attack.


The Portuguese, who will turn 31 next month, has been troubled by knee problems over the last few years, which is a main reason why Florentino Perez and his think thank might be willing to let go of the maverick footballer.
