"I am sure that he (Ronaldo) will play the next four, five, six or seven years at Real Madrid. He will end his career there," Jorge Mendes was quoted as saying by goal.com.

Describing Ronaldo as the best player of all time, Mendes added, "He's happy with Los Blancos. He'll hang up his boots when he's 40."

There have been a lot of speculations about the 30-year-old's future, with reports of a falling out with head coach Rafa Benitez suggesting this could be his final season in Madrid.

For the time being, Mendes' comments have put an end to Ronaldo's linkage with Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain, as well as a return to former club Manchester United.
