Bangalore: Dr Meena Rajiv Chandavarkar has been appointed the Vice-Chancellor of the Karnataka State Women`s University, Bijapur. Governor H R Bhardwaj has appointed Meena from the panel of names sent him. The appointment will be for a term of four years from the date of assuming office by Meena, a communique from Raj Bhavan said here today.
