3 militants arrested in J-K
Three militants, including two of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen outfit, were arrested today by security forces in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.

forces in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.
Acting on a specific information, police assisted by troops of Rashtriya Rifles arrested the militants at Tilgam stream near Kreeri area, 35 kms from here, a police spokesman said. He identified the arrested militants as Mohammad Amin alias "Umar Jan" of Bandipora, Tariq Ahmad Bhat alias "Saleem" of Sopore and Fayaz Ahmad Mir alias "Umar" of Kupwara. Amin and Bhat were affiliated to Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, the spokesman said. However, Mir`s affiliation was not disclosed by the police. Three pistols, three magazines and 12 rounds were seized from the militants, the spokesman added. PTI
