New Delhi: Hitting back at LK Advani for
accusing Congress President Sonia Gandhi of remaining silent
on issues of corruption, black money and inflation, Digvijay
Singh on Sunday wondered whether age was catching up with the BJP
leader, who had "forgotten" her speech in AICC.
In a tweet, Singh said, "Advaniji has forgotten Soniaji`s speech in AICC when she spoke against corruption and for Lokpal."
Singh also took a dig at 83-year-old Advani in his tweet saying "Age catching up. Amnesia?"
During his rath yatra in Mumbai BJP leader LK Advani had asked Congress President to speak on the issues of black money, corruption and inflation. "Why is the Congress president totally silent on the issue of blackmoney, on the issue of corruption and inflation.
On these three issues all the while other Congress spokesmen are speaking or the PM is speaking occasionally, but not the Congress president. She has never spoken," Advani had told reporters on Saturday. PTI
