Jammu: Bajrang Dal on Thursday condemned the demand of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) from some areas of the state. "We condemn the demand for withdrawal of AFSPA from some areas of Jammu and Kashmir made by the Chief Minister during a meeting with Union Home Minister P Chidambaram in Delhi recently," Bajrang Dal state Convener Neeraj Donariya told reporters here. He said that J-K is a sensitive border state and withdrawal of AFSPA will give a boost to the cross border infiltration.
