PV Sindhu did come out on top against Carolina Marin when the two met at the 2015 Denmark Open.

New Delhi: Ace Indian shuttler PV Sindhu defeated World No. 6 Nozomi Okuhara 21-19, 21-10 in the semi finals to set-up a mouth-watering clash with World No. 1 Carolina Marin.

This is the first time an Indian shuttler will be playing for Gold medal at the Olympics.

PV Sindhu has had many battles with Carolina Marin and all of them have been neck-to-neck.
