Jhargram(WB): A youth was arrested by police at Parakhai village in West Midnapore district for allegedly raping his married cousin. According to police a woman had lodged a complaint against her cousin Prabir Sarkar alleging that he had raped her on October 2 when she had come to her maternal home. Sarkar was produced before a court which remanded him to 14-days judicial custody.
