New Delhi: Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza and her doubles partner Martina Hingis have entered the final of Stuttgart Open on Saturday, beating the unseeded duo of Sabine Lisicki and Lucie Safarova in straight sets.

Sania and Hingis won the match 6-4, 7-5 in one hour 28 minutes after Lisicki-Safarova pair had saved four match points.


The match started with the top-seeded pair losing the first service game, but the Indo-Swiss duo hit back getting their own service break the very next game.


The first set, which lasted 36 minutes, witnessed five more service breaks for a 6-4 score-line in favour of top seeds.


The second set lasted 56 minutes, and saw an even contest with both the sides losing the serves twice each. But Sania-Martina pair broke their opponents in all important 12th game to set up yet another final.


In today's final, they face second-seeded French pair of Caroline Garcia and Kristina Mladenovic.
