Actress Shilpa Shetty, who is one of the judges of Super Dancer - Chapter 2, said the entire team of the dance reality series was shaken after a major fire broke out on the sets of the show at the RK Studios.
Mumbai: Actress Shilpa Shetty, who is one of the judges of Super Dancer - Chapter 2, said the entire team of the dance reality series was shaken after a major fire broke out on the sets of the show at the RK Studios.
The blaze of last week gutted the sets of the upcoming show, being shot at the iconic RK Studios in suburban Chembur here.
"We did the entire season one at the RK studios. This time when we started the shoot there it was a home coming. A day before that we had finished the mega auditions. The entire team was shaken, it was very hard may be we are not expressing it. In life we have to stay positive," Shilpa told reporters here at the launch of the show last night.
"But we are happy there are no casualties. When you lose a set, you can erect it again but when you lose a life, that is bad. I thank our lucky stars that we don't have any baggage," she added.
The production on the show will now start at the Film City.
"When the incident happened there was no shoot planned. Our set will be erected at Film City from Gala one," Danish Khan, executive vice president and business head of Sony Entertainment Television said.
The dance reality show also has choreographer Geeta Kapur and filmmaker Anurag Basu as co-judges.
The trio said season one of Super Dancer had set a benchmark and this time the show is going to be tougher.
"We are amazed with the talent on the show this season. There are a lot of talented kids and it was difficult for us to select only a few for the show," Basu said.
Super Dancer - Chapter 2 will premier from September 30 on Sony Entertainment Television.
