Drunk men shoot woman after she stops them from urinating in open

Noida: In a shocking incident, a 30-year-old woman was shot in her abdomen after she tried to stop two drunk men from urinating outside her house in Gautam Buddha Nagar of Uttar Pradesh. 

The incident happened at around 12:30 am at Samaspur village of Greater Noida on Thursday. 

Hindustan Times quoted Farmood Ali Pundir, SHO of Dankaur police station as saying, "As per the complaint filed by the victim's brother-in-law, the two accused, Sanjay and Om Veer, were urinating in front of the woman's house around 8.30 pm on Thursday. She objected, following which they left the area. The men were drunk at the time. Four hours later, they came back in a car and opened fire. One bullet hit the woman in the abdomen."

The woman was rushed to a nearby hospital whether her condition is said to be out of danger. 

Meanwhile, the police have registered a FIR against the two accused in the matter, the SHO said.
