DNA: Remembering Late Lieutenant Ummer Fayaz on his birthday

Indian Army officer from Jammu & Kashmir, Lieutenant Ummer Fayaz was abducted by five to six militants and shot dead in Shopian district when he had gone to attend the wedding ceremony of a relative last month.
