When and how to register children for Covid vaccination?

After the announcement of the Prime Minister for children, elderly and health workers, preparations have started across the country. The date of vaccination has been fixed for children of 15 to 18 years. Prime Minister Modi has also talked about booster dose for health workers and elderly people.
