2 minutes silence for Lata Mangeshkar in Rajya Sabha

Rajya Sabha on Monday paid a heartfelt tribute to Lata Mangeshkar. As soon as the proceedings of the House began, Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu remembered Lataji. After this all the members observed silence for two minutes.
