9 killed in Kerala`s Palakkad bus accident

9 people have died, while 38 people have been injured in a bus accident in Palakkad, Kerala. Children and teachers of a school in Ernakulam were traveling in the bus when it collided with the KSRTC bus. These children were going to Ooty for a school trip.
