BJP`s Giriraj Singh bats for law for population control

BJP's Giriraj Singh calls for a law if people are not ready for family planning in India. He said we must learn a lesson from China wherein every minute 9 children produced while in India this rate is 33 births per minute and it should be stopped by law.
