Bird and flu have been confirmed by Delhi and Maharashtra amid nationwide efforts to curb the spread. There were also cases of bird deaths in seven other states like Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Gujarat.
