Congress MLA Manoj Chawla booked after farmers loot fertilizer from godown

In Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh, a Congress MLA has landed in controversy. A video of Congress MLA Manoj Chawla has gone viral in which he is inciting farmers to carry sacks of manure from the warehouse.
