Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal promises 24-hour electricity

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal released manifesto titled 'Kejriwal Ka Guarantee Card' in the presence of senior leaders of AAP party. CM Kejriwal said that he will release the long manifesto in the next 10 days.
