Difference of opinion between Raj Bhavan-government on opening of temple in Maharashtra

There has been a difference of opinion between the Raj Bhavan-government on the opening of temples in Maharashtra. The CM of Maharashtra also wrote a letter to Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari, in which he took that saving the lives of people is the first priority of the government.
