DNA: `Extremely pathetic` condition of villages due to Coronavirus

COVID cases have declined in cities, but small towns and rural areas have seen an increase in district-level data. In 13 out of 24 states where districts can be divided into rural and urban, more cases have been reported in villages and small towns than in big cities.
