DNA: India now needs to follow the `France model`

The cases of killing of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in Jammu and Kashmir are not being called to a halt. Now in Kulgam, terrorists killed 3 leaders including BJP Yuva Morcha general secretary Fida Hussain. Two other leaders were identified as Omar Rashid Baig and Abder Rashid Baig.
