DNA: `Soft corner` for China in Rahul`s heart?

Rahul Gandhi was invited to deliver a speech at Cambridge University in the UK. He got there and in his address he said what came to his mind about the present government of India. He made a barrage of accusations against an elected government. He even said that India's democratic structure was under attack.
