DNA: Udaipur beheading -- Open challenge to government and constitution?

There is an atmosphere of tension in the state after the barbaric massacre in Udaipur. People also expressed their anger towards the Congress government of Rajasthan. At present, curfew has been imposed in Udaipur in view of the tension.
