DNA: Why didn`t Congress give Narasimha Rao the `respect` he deserved?

Congress party never gave PV Narasimha Rao the respect he deserved. While being the Prime Minister, Narasimha Rao not only ran the government brilliantly for 5 years but also did many economic reforms for the country.
