DNA: Why is there objection to PM`s picture on vaccination certificate?

During the hearing of a petition, the Kerala High Court has questioned the petitioner's objection to the removal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's picture from the Corona Vaccine Certificate. During this hearing, the court asked the petitioner whether he felt ashamed of the Prime Minister of the country.
