Earlier governments used to sleep in UP - Yogi Adityanath

While inaugurating several government schemes in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, CM Yogi Adityanath said that the earlier governments in the state used to sleep. He further said that earlier in UP, ration was not given to the poor.
