`Emergency was a blot on democracy` says PM Modi in Parliament

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said the government would take India to new heights in his reply to the Motion of Thanks on President’s address in the Lok Sabha. Urging the Opposition to help in the smooth functioning of the Parliament, Modi said, “India shouldn’t lose any opportunity to move ahead. Together we can deal with all the challenges that come our way.”
