Incessant rain in some districts of UP, Jharkhand and Bihar for a long time

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rains in many northern states in view of the progress of the monsoon. According to the released weather and forecast bulletin, the IMD said that heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
