Jammu and Kashmir's Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said on the return of agricultural laws, 'Despite efforts, the government could not convince a section of farmers, on this holy day, the Prime Minister has assured the country that these laws will be repealed in the coming Parliament session.
