Jammu And Kashmir: NIA to probe target killing on October 5

On October 5, well-known businessman Makhanlal Bindru was shot dead in Srinagar. Apart from this, on October 5, terrorists killed migrant Virendra Paswan in Awantipora. But now the investigation of these cases has been handed over to the NIA.
