J&K: Will Farooq Abdullah attend PM Modi`s meeting?

On June 24, PM Modi has called an all-party meeting regarding Jammu and Kashmir. But there is confusion among many parties about attending the meeting. Mehbooba Mufti has refused to attend, while the Gupkar's meeting is underway at Farooq Abdullah's house.
