JNU sedition case: AAP government tells court it needs a month to decide on sanction to prosecute

The Delhi government told the Patiala House Court that it needs a month’s time to decide whether to grant sanction to prosecute former JNU Students Union President Kanhaiya Kumar and others in a sedition case.
