Kashmir is calm then why is the opposition `turbulent`?

Six months after the abolition of Section 370, another team of foreign envoys arrived in Srinagar on Wednesday for a two-day visit to the central region to assess the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. After which the opposition again raised questions on this visit and said that if the foreign cabinet can visit there then why not we?
