Letter from former diplomats in support of PM Modi

A few days ago, former bureaucrats wrote a letter to Prime Minister Modi, asking him to interfere in hate speech in the country. But then some bureaucrat has written a separate letter to PM Modi and said that anti-Modi agenda is being run in the country.
