Mumbai: Light failure in many areas due to failure of Western power grid, local train service also affected

There was a major power crisis in the country's financial capital at around 10 am on Monday. Due to the failure of the Western Power Grid, the lights in half of Mumbai were lighted. Even the local trains stopped.
