NIA sent a notice to 20 people under investigation regarding the funding of Khalistan in the Kisan movement, NIA suspects foreign funding in the Kisan movement. The investigation started on Sikh for Justice case. Notice also to Baldev Singh Sirsa in the Khalistani funding case.
