A painful incident of stampede took place in Mata Vaishno Devi Dham. According to official information, 13 pilgrims have died so far. Prime Minister has announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh each to the next of kin of the deceased. PM Modi expressed grief over the accident.
