Rahul Gandhi: Had the government done its job, the situation would`ve been different

Taking a dig at the Center, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday said that the government's "repeated chest-throbbing" situation on receiving foreign aid to deal with the COVID-19 crisis in the country is pathetic and if it had done its job , then situation would've been different.
