Taal Thok Ke: Congress`s decree, `get out farmers`?

Controversy has arisen due to a statement of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh. The Captain told the agitating farmers that if they want to agitate, then go to Delhi and Haryana, not Punjab. After this statement of Captain, Haryana and Delhi government have retaliated on him.
