Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused Twitter of "attacking Indian democracy" after it blocked the accounts of top party leaders, including his own. This was done after Rahul tweeted a picture of the parents of the nine-year-old rape victim, revealing the identities of the victim's family members.
