Two suspects arrest near Lal Qila, both are in contact with Pakistani handler

The Special Cell of Delhi Police was getting information that some people were being radicalized and two people would come to Delhi via Mumbai, as soon as they reached the road behind the Red Fort, the police arrested both of them.
