Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan receives second dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan and his wife Nutan Goel received his second dose of COVID-19 on Tuesday. He was vaccinated at the Delhi Heart and Lung Institute.
