Unlock 5 launched in Delhi from Monday; Gym, spa and banquet halls to reopen

Delhi has been undergoing a phased unlocking for the past four weeks after the second wave of the COVID pandemic slowed. Public places may observe more crowds after gyms, yoga centres, hotels etc. opened with 50 per cent capacity in Delhi from Monday.
