Delhi: Man slit his throat with a knife, opened fire in public

In a shocking incident, a person slit his throat with a knife and ran in public near Nathu Colony Chowk in Delhi on March 17. The person has also opened fire in public. Two PCR calls were received regarding the incident. More details are awaited.
